Through sculpture and installation rooted in material research, I investigate psychological states of safety and the ways discomfort, anxiety, and mental processes are negotiated, embodied, and inscribed into both the body, the environments as well as objects that surround it. 

Working with repurposed and self-developed materials such as paper and bioplastic, I connect internal psychological conditions with external structures. In my practice, I explore how material transformations can function as traces of mental processes, where shape and form, surface, and imprint become carriers of affect and experience. 

Through processes of casting, imprint, and alteration of objects, I examine the tension between protection and exposure, trust and control. My works often emerge from controlled material systems that test their own stability, allowing states of vulnerability and containment to coexist within the same spatial and sculptural conditions.
